Management of the company 3T enforces, that the company, by continually fulfilling requirements of ISO/TS 16949 standards and with consistent improving of all company processes, offers goods and services for its present and prospective customers, which not only fulfill but even exceed their expectations.
Goods delivered by company 3T. s.r.o. meet the specific client´s requirements, they are it is delivered in time and at market-price.
In order to achieve all mentioned conditions, certification and managing all processes of the company in accordance with standard ISO/TS 16949 are considered as a certainty.
Management of quality system
Company implemented and now is using management of quality system in a field: „Production of rotary turned components for bearing and automobile industry“ in accordance with standards ISO/TS 16949:2009. Audit was realized in 2003 by company TÜV NORD, repeated audit was realized in 2012 by company TÜV SÜD.
Company successfully passed through several customer´s audits, such as the audit of VW, INA Kysuce and JTEKT, that confirmed a fulfillment of requirements of ISO/TS 16949 standards.

Measuring technique
One of the basic assumptions of the customer´s requirement fulfillment and release of daily production are measuring instrument and plotting techniques that are reliable. Company is equipped by measuring technique from prominent companies like Mahr, Marposs, Zoller and the others.
Volkswagen certificate
In cooperation with the company Koyo Bearings Česká Republika, 3T has been able to deliver to the VW Group worldwide.
